What about a round plaid table cloth that sort of looks like a cozy warm wool blanket?.
I used a glue stick to attach a strip of fabric, wrapped a bit of twine, did a bit of stamping and that was it.. Oh look at that!You found my secret.
The “liner” is really just a piece of ribbon I stuck on there.. Oh well, I have just the right solution to cover this up….Who would have guessed?.So just to recap, here’s what happened:.

What’s a fantel you ask?It’s just my little table that I use as a fake mantel until we get a real-live, grown-up mantel of our own some day.
Chris made it for me last year out of some barn wood (off the barn out back) and some old two by fours that he took out of one of our walls.I still can’t get enough of it!.
