Well, you’ll have to forgive me, but this baby might decide to be born any minute now, so I’m trying to get a bit of a jump start on things this year.Maybe it’s just me, but chopping and prepping food on a somewhat dirty picnic table surrounded by dirt still kinda freaks me out yet.
I’m just not “there” yet, when it comes to full-on camp cuisine..This year, however, something clicked and I realized there were a ton of great (simple!)
food options that I could make that I could either prep ahead and freeze, or that were totally non-perishable.I thought it might be nice to share just in case someone out there is in the same boat as I am when it comes to camp food knowledge..
